My wife was helped so much with her chronic sinus infections and congestion by saline sinus irrigation that we gave her irrigator tip to my father. That's when we found it was difficult to buy these nasal replacement tips that work with the popular Waterpik WP100 or Ultra. Our original had been given to us by her ENT doctor. We had to buy them in quantity and so are offering the extras here. This tip is only for the Waterpik WP100 or "Ultra" which is the newest and most popular of the Waterpiks. It also fits the cordless "Ultra" models. Beware of ads for tips claiming to fit all Waterpiks. That information is now outdated. These are new, unopened, and include instructions for use. These are the same high quality stainless steel attachments provided by many ENT doctors to their patients. Even if you need to buy a Waterpik this is the least expensive way to try nasal pulsatile irrigation which is much more effective than Neti Pots or other sinus wash methods. The only other thing you need to buy is some pickling or kosher salt from the grocery store. Nasal irrigation should only be used as directed by a Physician. Quoted Shipping is the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii please email your zip code before ordering for shipping charge. Insurance is included free. We currently ship to the U.S. only. USPS may be used for smaller items. This will be noted in the description. We ship the same or the next day after your order is placed if you pay online (except for custom orders).
